At Imparative, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unworn, unwashed, and unused

  • Item must be in its original condition

  • Original tags (if applicable) must be attached

  • Proof of purchase is required

Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Products showing signs of wear, washing, or alteration

  • Order number

  • Full name

  • Reason for return

If approved, return instructions will be provided.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

At this time, exchanges are handled as a return and repurchase process.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include photos of the issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.
